Working with a personal trainer has been proven to be much more effective than exercising on your own. Individual and two-person training is offered in one hour sessions. An initial fitness assessment, which includes muscle imbalance testing, is performed and a personalized program is developed according your needs and goals. Specialized small group personal training is available for golfers. Golf conditioning classes are open to 4 to 6 participants and focus on creating more flexibility, stability, and rotation for a more powerful swing.
