My goal as your trainer is to educate and empower you to achieve better overall health and wellness through the fitness and nutrition education I offer.
Programs are developed for each client after reviewing information gathered during a thorough health assessment. Appropriate exercises are selected to correct muscle weaknesses and imbalances, as well as, recommendations made for the proper number of daily calories needed from nutrient dense food.
Helping fitness and nutrition clients tap into 'why' they want to see improvements in their health and fitness level is very important. My programs encourage clients to make small, incremental changes that eventually become larger lifestyle transformations.

Sometimes working out can be hard work! That means having FUN while doing it is a necessity! Finding unique and creative ways to challenge my clients with resistance bands, balance boards, steps, BOSU balls, TRX, free weights and more is the best part of my job.
